She is very reliable and a friendly and competent individual with experience of cleaning residential and commercial properties. Heather has a knack for paying very close attention to detail. She is also very thorough with her clean ups. She doesn't let any flaw pass her by. She is truly the best at what she does!

William Franklin is a part of our SERVPRO of Kailua North/Laie production technician team. He has a background in construction and is a great team leader. William is very efficient and excels in time management. He is always positive and charismatic in all he does. He takes instruction like no other and gets the job done!
